Greeting in Jesus Name!
Dear VCF Family,
We have come to the season to stop and give thanks. A time to count your blessings and name them one by one. We the Leadership team are totally GRATEFUL for each of YOU that call VCF your family. You are the most awesome people to pastor on the planet. Every week you make FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT SMILE. We praise GOD for each of you everytime we remember you in our prayers.
Every week we are learning to stop for the ONE -GOD puts in our path to show them God's love. It may be at work, school, shopping, sporting event, nursing home, DYS, Habitation center, food pantry, daycare, at the doctor's office or in the neighborhood. They maybe a child, parent, elderly, student, teacher, co-worker, neighbor, down-and-outer or the rich man in our city. We are learning that Jesus' love transforms people into His Image. Thank you VCF family for showing our tri-county region the love of JESUS in action. This month we NEED YOUR HELP---ALL HANDS ON DECK for our Thanksgiving basket giveaway on Tuesday November 22 from 10-2. We will be assembling baskets with some other churches on Monday the 21st from 10-12, if you can help visit Tom Scopel. Then on the same night is our annual Free-Supper Out Thanksgiving turkey dinner from 5:30-6:30 expecting over 200 people. Please check the back table for sign-up sheets for food and donations to buy some of the food. We also need helpers durning the day and to serve that night.
